RenewDrone specializes in pre-owned DJI drones and handheld devices. Every item is carefully inspected and sorted into one of the following condition grades:

• Open Box — Never activated or flown. Only the original packaging has been opened. Functionally and cosmetically identical to brand new. The same standard applies to handheld devices.
• Like New — Activated and lightly used, with all functions working perfectly and an excellent cosmetic condition. Any signs of use are minimal. The original account has already been unlinked, so there's nothing to worry about.
• Good — Not available for sale. Items with visible cosmetic damage or structural issues do not meet our resale standards.

Yes. Our inventory comes from a reliable source — we work directly with an authorized DJI dealer. They handle new product sales, and we handle the resale of returned units on their behalf.

Every item comes with a 12-month warranty. If the issue is on us — cosmetic defects, performance issues, battery failure — we'll cover a free replacement or a full refund.
